Recently completed at a cost of $125 million, it is the nation’s largest and best equipped, it is distinctive, functional and adaptable, offering the most advanced technical services and facilities. 

Baulderstone Hornibrook, on a novated design and construct contract, built this prestigious centre within time and budget for the Victorian government.
