This CodeMark Certificate (No. CM 30154) confirms that SENSE 600® steel reinforcing bars, with a characteristic yield strength of 600 MPa and Ductility Class N (according to AS/NZS 4671:2019), are certified for use as longitudinal reinforcement in concrete columns of all building classes when designed in line with AS 3600:2018 and the modified requirements outlined in the certificate.

These include adjusted minimum reinforcement area and fitment spacing allowances, enabling direct substitution of traditional 500 MPa bars with no redesign needed.
