InfraBuild Graduate Program recognised among Australia’s best

20 August 2025

InfraBuild’s Graduate Program has been ranked as one of the top in the country, finishing #3 in the Research & Development and Manufacturing category in the Prosple rankings.

Across all industries and employers nationally, the program placed #93 overall, a remarkable achievement given it has only been formally established in recent years.

The InfraBuild Graduate Program provides recent university graduates with a structured pathway into the steel and recycling industry. Participants gain hands-on experience across a variety of functions including engineering, manufacturing, operations, safety, sustainability and commercial roles. The program is designed to build technical expertise, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of InfraBuild’s role in delivering lower embodied carbon solutions for Australia’s infrastructure.

“Our graduates are the future leaders of InfraBuild and the industry. This recognition shows the strength of our program and the opportunities we provide for young professionals to grow their careers in an environment that values innovation, technology, sustainability and safety,” said Francisco Irazusta, CEO of InfraBuild.

The 2025 program attracted more than 2,700 applications for just 16 graduate roles. Since beginning with us at the start of the year, the graduates are already making their mark in the work they are delivering.

This recognition from Prosple highlights our commitment to developing the next generation of talent in our pursuit of a more sustainable future and support a circular economy. Our graduates will contribute to a legacy that not only helps to build our nation but sustains our environment for future generations.

By offering graduates real-world project experience and exposure to senior leaders, InfraBuild is investing in the next generation of talent to help shape a more sustainable future for Australia.
