Academic results are important, and a credit average is desirable. However, we look for more than academic results. We also look for relevant work experience (no more than two years in your selected discipline) and professional and personal abilities such as teamwork, good communication skills and initiative. The graduates who do well with us enjoy solving problems and get stuck into real work. They’re excited by taking ownership of projects and outcomes and are keen to offer ideas and input.

We offer several benefits to our graduates, including:

  • Start to finish – company diversity and career opportunities
  • Market salary and professional development
  • REAL JOBS, not observational placements
  • Relocation assistance when you move locations for work
  • Challenging, real work – our graduates are in the thick of it from Day One
  • Inclusive workplace that puts safety first

We have a 70:20:10 approach to developing our graduates.

  • 70% of development happens ‘on the job’ – your work will challenge you to learn new skills and put theory into practice.
  • 20% is wider business exposure – opportunities offer the chance to network with peers & senior leaders.
  • 10% is more formal development – as negotiated with your manager.

Applicants will be given an indication of the salary at the interview stage and final salaries will be confirmed at the offer stage.

Our graduate salaries are in line with the market for your qualifications.

We carefully consider relocation assistance on an individual basis, taking into account specific business needs and circumstances.
