Sydney Steel Mill builds momentum on psychosocial safety
Sydney Steel Mill has continued its work to strengthen psychosocial safety, hosting its third workshop with the University of Wollongong as part of a major research partnership.
This session brought together female team members from across the Melt Shop, Rolling Mill and Administration teams to share their experiences and explore workplace factors that influence wellbeing and safety. The discussion was guided by University of Wollongong facilitators using the PHReD tool, which helps identify organisational drivers of psychosocial risk
