Celebrating women in leadership and building for the future

InfraBuild’s Xplore Women in Leadership program continues to strengthen our diverse leadership pipeline.

InfraBuild celebrated the latest graduates of our Xplore Women in Leadership program this week, marking another milestone in our Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) strategy.

The event brought together colleagues, alumni and senior leaders to hear participants share their leadership philosophies. Each graduate offered a unique perspective, reflecting the diversity of backgrounds and experiences that strengthen our business.

CEO Francisco Irazusta said the program is shaping leaders who will guide InfraBuild into the future.

Since launching in 2023, Xplore has engaged women from across all areas of InfraBuild. By the end of 2025, more than 100 women will have graduated, creating a strong and diverse pipeline of leaders aligned to our IDE strategy.
