World Steel Safety Day 2022

6 May 2022

At InfraBuild, our safety principles are clear. By working together as one team, with respect for one another, we build our safety culture. We take the time to do things safely, to intervene, and to speak up when we notice a risk or hazard. We believe one injury is too many.

To mark World Steel Safety Day on 28 April 2022, our CEO and Managing Director Vik Bansal shared a message to mark the day and outline his view on being a customer and safety centric business.

We also took the time to recognise and celebrate InfraBuild sites and branches who achieved recordable-injury-free milestones.

Twenty-three of our sites were presented with a Platinum Award, which recognised their achievement of 10 years’ of recordable-injury-free operations. Another 17 sites were celebrating 5 years’ recordable-injury-free and received Gold Awards.

Congratulations to the sites and branches below on their remarkable safety performance.
