InfraBuild was proud to take part in the Future of Construction Summit, joining industry leaders, innovators and customers to discuss what comes next for Australia’s construction sector.
Across the event, the InfraBuild stand became a place for practical conversations about productivity, lower embodied carbon and the role of Australian-made steel in helping the industry build smarter.
Visitors stepped into our VR experience, explored steel samples and spoke with our team about how InfraBuild is supporting the next phase of construction through local manufacturing, innovation and stronger customer partnerships.
A key theme across the summit was one we believe will shape the future of the industry: building more with less.
InfraBuild CEO Francisco Irazusta shared this message during his keynote presentation, outlining how the construction sector can improve productivity while reducing material intensity and supporting more sustainable outcomes.
Sean Mannering, EGM Processing and Distribution, also joined roundtable discussions with industry peers, exploring the practical changes needed to improve how projects are designed, supplied and delivered.
At the centre of InfraBuild’s message was SENSE 600®, our higher-strength reinforcing steel solution designed to help customers achieve the same structural outcomes with less steel.
By using higher strength steel, projects can reduce tonnage, simplify reinforcement design and support productivity gains across transport, handling and installation.
The conversations at FCON26 reinforced the need for industry-wide collaboration to improve construction outcomes. For InfraBuild, that means continuing to invest in local capability, innovation and solutions that help customers build more efficiently.
As Australia’s only fully vertically integrated steel long products business, InfraBuild is focused on helping shape a smarter, stronger and more sustainable construction industry.
