Taking Five for Better Health at InfraBuild’s Sydney Steel Mill
27 October 2025
Our Sydney Steel Mill is supporting employee wellbeing through the introduction of a SiSU Health Station on site, helping team members take a proactive approach to their health.
The SiSU Health Station allows employees to check key health indicators such as blood pressure, weight and BMI in just a few minutes. Results appear instantly on screen and can be tracked over time through the SiSU Health app.
“Safety and wellbeing go hand in hand,” said Rinkal Khetani, Safety Business Partner at our Sydney Steel Mill. “We’re encouraging everyone on site to take a few minutes to check in on their health. It’s quick, easy and gives you a snapshot of where you’re at.”
The Health Station is a screening tool to raise awareness, not a diagnostic device. Employees are encouraged to follow up with their GP or healthcare professional if results suggest any risks or areas of concern.
“InfraBuild puts a strong focus on safety, and that includes looking after our health as well as our physical safety,” Rinkal said. “Tools like the SiSU Health Station support our principle of ‘You Matter. We Care’ by making it easier for people to take an active role in their own wellbeing.”
The initiative reflects our commitment to fostering a safe, healthy workplace where everyone is supported to take care of themselves and each other.
