InfraBuild’s 2025 Discover Women in Leadership Program wrapped up last week, with participants delivering their final presentations and marking the end of several months of learning, collaboration and personal growth.
The program brought together senior female leaders from across the business who were ready to build their capability and confidence. Throughout the program, the group explored their strengths, strengthened their leadership presence and supported each other as they worked through challenges and opportunities.
CEO Francisco Irazusta said the Discover Program is an important part of InfraBuild’s commitment to growing diverse leadership talent.
“Discover is an investment in our people. It strengthens our leadership pipeline and supports women to step into more senior roles. These leaders are helping shape the future of our company, and I am proud of the progress they have made,” Francisco said.
Discover forms a core part of our Inclusion, Diversity and Equity strategy. It creates space for reflection, connection and capability building, and helps ensure our organisation continues to benefit from a wide range of perspectives and leadership styles.
Francisco said supporting programs like Discover is essential to building a stronger, more inclusive InfraBuild.
“When we support women to grow and lead, we strengthen our business. The impact of this group will be felt in the teams they lead, the decisions they influence and the culture they help create,” he said. A big congratulations to this year’s group for committing time, focus and energy to their development. We are thrilled to now have over 100 graduates in our Women in Leadership programs. We look forward to seeing the impact these leaders will have across InfraBuild in the years ahead.
